Marilyn attended Oklahoma State University for her undergraduate degree, and additional certifications were obtained from Loyola University in Stephen’s Ministry, Business Etiquette from the Protocol School of Washington, John Maxwell Training, and a Public Relations certification in New York.

Courtney has spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector, specializing in nonprofit development, fundraising strategy, and community engagement.  Her expertise includes grant writing, donor cultivation and stewardship, event planning, and developing initiatives that support organizational growth. 

​

Born in Colorado and raised in Texas, Courtney’s passion for nonprofit work is deeply personal. When she was a child, her family faced a tough season after her dad was sick and lost his job. It was local nonprofits that stepped in and made sure they had the support they needed—and that experience left a lasting impression.

​

Courtney is a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University (Go Jacks!) and is actively involved in the community through professional and volunteer leadership with organizations such as the Junior League of The Woodlands, Montgomery County Development Professionals, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. As a mother to a vibrant autistic child, she brings both empathy and authenticity to her work and community involvement.

Courtney’s personal and professional journey reflects her life words: strategic and intentional. She values connection, collaboration, and using her voice to lift up the missions that matter most by showing up with intention and leading with empathy.

Tiffany brings a lot of experience in her role as case manager. She is highly motivated with a strong work ethic and interpersonal communication that leads to our family’s success in meeting their goals. She has experience working within Montgomery County developing relationships and resources.

​

Her organization, time management and problem assessment/conflict- resolution skills are an asset.

Catherine is a proud Longhorn from The University of Texas at Austin and is a recent retiree of 27 years with Conroe ISD, where she served as an Elementary Math Interventionist and RtI Coordinator. A long-time volunteer with Family Promise, she is excited to be joining the team in her role as the Community Engagement Coordinator. Her excellent communication, planning and organizational skills will help her better serve the needs of the families in our program.

Family Promise loves our volunteers. There are many ways you can help. Guest Center receptionist answers the phone and assists with navigating each call.
