Now Hiring – Temporary Fulltime Program Coordinator / Case Manager!
Family Promise of Montgomery County mobilizes the faith community to empower homeless families with children to achieve lasting independence. The program’s goal is to help transition families away from homelessness to permanent housing by providing a safe environment that includes shelter, meals and hospitality; by offering supportive services to aid in the search for employment and housing and by organizing congregations to reach out with compassion to our families in need.
The Program Coordinator / Case Manager is responsible for assessing the needs of the guest families, creating household stabilization plans with the guests, and developing relationships with agencies and community organizations. The Program Coordinator / CM provides support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation/referral and overall evaluation of individual guest needs. The Program Coordinator / CM reports to the Executive Director. This position will also serve as a backup to the executive director when necessary.
