Dr. Dwayne Hart, of Hart Family Dental located on Highway 105 West, and his hygienist, Ms. DeElla McQuown, have stepped in to address dental care for our homeless families. Thank you to these giving individuals, who in spite of  busy workloads, are giving of their time to generously provide free dental examinations to families, and teeth-cleaning.

The Woodlands United Methodist Church ”Driving Families’ Futures” Program – a group of men from TWUMC decided to tackle the issue of transportation for the families who come to us without their own vehicles. This group is working to purchase good, used vehicles to be gifted to our program, and assist the recipients with ongoing car maintenance and repair for up to a full year! This wonderful ministry is already having a huge impact – they have donated a vehicle, paid for a major repair for another, and assisted Family Promise in replacing the agency van that was wrecked. Thank you, men!

1st Choice Automotive – Owner Wayne Prahl has assisted Family Promise of Montgomery County by repairing families vehciles at discounted prices and donating repairs, parts, and materials. Wayne is a good corporate citizen who recognizes the importance of giving back. The work done on client vehicles is top quality. He is even working with successful graduates when they are looking to purchase an automobile. GT Residential – Owner Greg Turner has been a real friend to Family Promise. Greg does home repair and remodeling and we found him through one of our wonderful volunteers! Greg has done numerous repairs, small and large, at the Day Center. He has given us the best prices and done high quality work to keep the Day Center functioning for our families.
